Methodology Change Policy
- All changes announced at least 30 days before they take effect
- NGOs notified by email of any change affecting their score by more than 5 points
- All published scores recomputed under the new methodology within 14 days
- Previous versions remain accessible in this Version History indefinitely
- No retroactive hard-fail triggers - new hard-fails apply only to new verifications
Next scheduled review: Methodology v3.0 planned for January 2027. Proposed changes include field verification for NGOs scoring above 85, and district-level geographic credibility scoring for P05.
