1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on or using PATVAAR ("the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and PATVAAR (operated by Sandeep Kumar, Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi 110034).
2. Platform Description
PATVAAR is a platform for NGO verification, CSR collaboration and impact measurement. It is currently in Beta. Features, functionality and pricing are subject to change. We make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at hello@patvaar.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
4. NGO Verification
By submitting documents for verification, you confirm that:
- All documents submitted are genuine, current and belong to your organisation
- You are authorised to submit these documents on behalf of your organisation
- The information provided in your profile is accurate to the best of your knowledge
Submission of false or misleading documents will result in immediate removal from the platform and may be reported to relevant authorities.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use PATVAAR to:
- Misrepresent your organisation, its credentials or its activities
- Submit fraudulent verification documents
- Harvest or scrape data from the platform without written permission
- Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose under Indian law
6. Trust Scores and Platform Data
Trust Scores are computed by PATVAAR based on verified documents and publicly available data. They are indicative assessments and should not be treated as financial advice, legal opinions or guarantees of organisational performance. PATVAAR is not liable for decisions made by CSR partners or donors based on Trust Scores or profile information.
7. Partnerships and Transactions
PATVAAR facilitates connections between NGOs, CSR teams and donors. Any partnership, collaboration or financial transaction entered into through the platform is solely between the parties involved. PATVAAR is not a party to such agreements and accepts no liability for their outcomes.
8. Intellectual Property
The PATVAAR brand, platform design, Trust Score methodology and all original content are owned by PATVAAR. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission. Your uploaded documents and profile content remain your intellectual property.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PATVAAR's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount paid by you to PATVAAR in the twelve months preceding the claim. PATVAAR is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. During the Beta phase, the platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, submit false information, or engage in conduct harmful to the platform community. You may terminate your account at any time by writing to hello@patvaar.com.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
