Hard-Fail Triggers

Any of the following result in an automatic score of 0 and disqualification from the registry:

Note: Hard-fail triggers override all other scoring. An organisation scoring 95 on all other pillars will receive 0 if any hard-fail condition is present.

Refresh Cadence

Trust Scores are refreshed every 90 days. NGOs are notified 30 days before their scheduled review and must submit updated documents. Scores not refreshed within 120 days are marked "Under Review" and hidden from funder search until documents are resubmitted.

During the beta period (2026), all re-scores are free for registered NGOs.
