Your Right to Appeal

Every NGO has the right to appeal its Trust Score or any individual pillar finding. Appeals are free, handled within 7 working days, and reviewed by a senior analyst not involved in the original verification.

Beta commitment: During 2026, all appeals are reviewed within 3 working days with a written explanation of the outcome.

Grounds for Appeal

Not grounds for appeal: Disagreement with the methodology or weighting. The methodology is public and applied consistently to all NGOs.
