Required Documents

Every NGO must submit the following 10 documents to receive a published Trust Score. Documents are verified against primary government sources, not accepted on self-declaration.

What "Approved" Means

A document is marked Approved only when:

Processing time: Document verification typically takes 3-7 working days depending on portal availability and document completeness.

Document Rejection Reasons

Re-Submission Policy

If a document is rejected, the NGO is notified with a specific reason within 48 hours. The NGO may re-submit corrected documents within 14 days at no additional cost. After 2 failed re-submissions, a manual review call with the PATVAAR verification team is scheduled.
