What "Approved" Means
A document is marked Approved only when:
- The document is verified against the corresponding government portal
- The registration number or UDIN is confirmed as active and valid
- The document is not expired, cancelled, or under challenge
- The entity name matches the registered name on MCA21
- The CA UDIN is confirmed valid on the ICAI portal for financials
Processing time: Document verification typically takes 3-7 working days depending on portal availability and document completeness.
Document Rejection Reasons
- UDIN not found or invalidated on ICAI portal
- Certificate number not matching government portal records
- Document appears altered or edited
- Entity name mismatch between document and MCA21
- Expired certificate submitted without renewal
- Scanned copy too low-resolution to verify details
Re-Submission Policy
If a document is rejected, the NGO is notified with a specific reason within 48 hours. The NGO may re-submit corrected documents within 14 days at no additional cost. After 2 failed re-submissions, a manual review call with the PATVAAR verification team is scheduled.
